Along with this page, we expect all of our international customers to read our International Destination Shipping Page as well as our Policies Page.

All orders must have their entire shipping addresses provided in English or A-Z alphabet character set. We understand that some languages use special characters such as ä, ë, ß or similar characters which are allowed, but we can NOT accept any order where the shipping address or a portion of the shipping address is provided in an pictographic based language such as Japanese or Korean and those orders will have to be cancelled and our policy on customer caused order mistakes will apply to the refund/cancellation, for complete details, click here.  The USPS must be able to read your shipping address as written using our English language and characters.

International orders cannot be placed with an order grand total of over $750.00 USD, this amount includes your shipping cost. If you are an international customer placing an order from outside the United States and your orders grand total is $750.00 USD or more then you will need to break it down into two separate orders of less than $750.00 each.  We cannot combine ship the separate orders, they must ship independently of each other. Any international order received in the total amount of $750.00 USD or more will be cancelled, no exceptions and our policy on customer caused order mistakes will apply to the refund/cancellation, for complete details, click here.  So please be mindful of your orders grand total amount in US dollars before submitting your order.

Most international shipments will be assessed an import charge due at the time of delivery, this could be VAT, Duties and foreign delivery charges. VAT and Duties can be calculated at Simply Duty before ordering, foreign delivery charges would need to be assessed by contacting your local post service prior to ordering. This is an important aspect to consider when ordering international before placing your order.  In entering data into Simply Duty use an HS Code of "9209.94.80" which identifies the imported merchandise as parts and accessories for musical instruments the sound of which is produced, or must be amplified, electrically. OverDrive Custom Guitar Works plays no role in assessing or collecting any of these additional costs.

If you did not read this page to understand which countries we can ship to prior to attempting to place an order and during checkout you notice that the only available shipping option is "STORE PICKUP" at a cost of $9,999,999.99, this is the only way our system can prevent orders being placed from countries we can't ship to.

Due to known delivery issues to certain locations, the following countries in Green are the only international destinations we can ship to. Some countries we can NOT ship to via the International Economy method of transport and can only ship via International Priority or Express.
