BEFORE sending us an email
We do not operate a
walk-in retail store and local pick up of
merchandise and face-to-face customer contact is not
permitted. All orders are accepted
and placed exclusively through
the website, we cannot accept any order via telephone or
email. If you plan to
email us about anything related to an International
shipment, read our entire
International
Shipping page and our
International
Information page before sending an
email, we feel that most of your questions will be
answered there. Our
FAQ's may have your question already
answered, be sure to read through them first.
If
you plan to email us about an order confirmation,
this is how it works. The
Order Confirmation Email
you receive from PayPal is the
ONLY order
confirmation you will receive, we don't generate a
secondary or additional order confirmation, the
email you receive from PayPal confirms to you that we have received
your order, it also details every aspect of your
order such as your shipping address, every item in
your order details and
item options if applicable. We are so busy working
in the shop every day that our time is so much
better spent working on our customers projects
instead of answering questions about whether or not
we received your order, so please don't write us
asking if we received your order, if you submitted
it and paid for it, we received your order...
If you
placed an order within the last 45 days for
ANY item described as
"Custom Manufactured,
Custom Built or
Customized",
it
can take up to 45 days before your order is complete and
ready to ship. If it has not been 45 days since
you placed your order and you have not received a
shipping confirmation email or your transaction details
within PayPal does not have a tracking number then your order is pending
completion, so please be patient while we work through
those orders that have come in before yours by other
customers and then can we complete your
order,
don't write us asking when it will ship, it will ship
just as soon as your order is complete.
