In 2016 Fender® introduced the new American Elite Strat®,
but unfortunately they only offer them with a
Mint Green or Tortoise Shell pickguard.
This is where we are fabricating for a limited
time one of our White 1 Ply 0.120"
Acrylic pickguards with the rounded and
polished edge
The American Elite Strat® has a new
double action truss rod adjusting wheel
located at the heal of the neck which
requires a special feature in the
pickguards neck pocket cut-out.
The Fender® American Elite HSS Strat® has the push
button "Passing Lane" switch located
in-between the two tone controls. We can locate
this switch in this original location or we can
relocate it to the position depicted in the
photographs to the right which we feel is a
better location, this is referred to the
"Alternate"
location in the option selections below. No modifications, re-wiring
or soldering are needed if you select to
relocate this switches location, however it will
require a little moving of the wires around the
switch mounting block. We will secure the "Passing
Lane" switch
mounting block to the back side of the pickguard.
You will only need to un-mount the switch from your
original pickguards switch mounting block by the removal of 2 screws and
remount the switch into place on
the new pickguard.
The shielding on
our Acrylic pickguards will have control
region only copper foil shielding.
The pickguard offered here is
ONLY for the 2016 and newer Fender®
American Elite HSS Strat® that has the
Shawbucker bridge pickup and N4 pickups in the
middle and neck positions. Our custom
manufactured Acrylic HSS Elite Strat®
pickguards have the bridge Humbucker pickup
cut-out specifically dimensioned for the
slightly shorter in length Shawbucker only.
The Humbucker cut-out on this pickguard
is 2.700" x 1.475". Most of Fender's® other
Humbucking pickups are approximately 0.10"
longer.

genuine Fender pickguards have to be
customized for the unique features
required of the American Elite HSS
Strat, so give us up to 30 days to
get your order complete. Because
these pickguards are custom
manufactured specifically for you,
they do not qualify for return,
exchange or refund.
