Important
Information for Delivery of your International
Parcel
All international shipments
are transported by the United States Postal Service
(USPS) to the destination country where it is then
handed over to either the postal service of the
destination country or a contracted courier for
delivery. Additional handling fees
may be assessed by your countries final shipping
courier to
cover their service costs. You may be notified
by the delivery courier to pick up your parcel, do
not delay in following the instructions provided to
take possession of your parcel or it will be
returned to our facility and you will be responsible
for all fees associated with transport. Once
your parcel has arrived in your country you should
use your countries postal services web site for full
details on tracking and parcel pick up procedures.
The customs tag number you were provided with your
shipping confirmation should be entered in your
countries tracking feature, quite often it will
inform you of where your parcel may be picked up.
Purchases made from outside
the United States may be subject to additional costs
such as importation duties, taxes and customs
clearance fees which may be required at the time of
delivery and are the sole responsibility of the
buyer. OverDrive Custom Guitar Works does not set or
collect any of these additional costs, these are
assessed by your countries customs agency based on
the value of the merchandise you are importing. We
will not falsify the U.S. Customs document to
declare a value less than the actual value of the
merchandise.
