Shipping Information For United States Customers

OverDrive Custom Guitar Works has teamed up exclusively with the United States Postal Service to provide fast and efficient shipping and order tracking information for all shipments.

We ship our orders via via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, which method is used depends on size, weight and value. We don't offer an express or expedited shipping method for any of our domestic or US territory shipments.

Our complete and fully assembled pickguard assemblies or any custom manufactured, custom built or customized merchandise typically ship within 45 days of order placement. If your order contains any 'custom' merchandise then your entire order will ship once all your custom items are complete.

Once your order is prepared for shipment you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with the tracking.

Please be accurate and complete when entering your shipping address. When checking out using your PayPal account make sure your shipping address on file with PayPal is current and accurate. Far too often we receive orders with incorrect addresses, old addresses, missing elements of an address such as missing apartment #, suite #, street # (house #), the list goes on, we've seen them all and they've all caused problems with delivery...  Make sure you enter your shipping address correctly including every part of it that is needed for delivery.  During checkout, when entering your address if a particular field or address line is not applicable to you, DO NOT enter in such things as "N/A", "None", "Nil", or "--", all these things can cause problems with delivery, if an address field or address line is not relevant to your shipping address, then leave it blank.

Shipping Insurance For United States Destinations

To keep our standard shipping costs as low as possible shipping insurance is a shipping upgrade that the customer can add to their order before checkout.
